AUTHENTIC RUMORS

It is alleged in certain circles that some regional executives have written to the party saying that they don't want Parliamentary primaries in constituencies with sitting MPs.

This is a very dangerous move and should not be entertained at any level of the party.

It is  populist, it is cheap and it will be undemocratic.

Parliamentary ambitions are private ambitions, and people with such ambitions can contest on the ticket of a political party or as independent parliamentary candidates.

Let nobody  sit in any corner to implement this unopposed myth in this 21st century.

No MP should encourage this strange proposal, especially when some of them became MPs after overthrowing other MPs in elections.

The work of any MP will give the MP re-election, not primitive ideas from confused cabals.

The other fairytale is that some of the regions are even planning to install parliamentary candidates even in orphaned constituencies.

Let's with one voice reject this nonsense at its embryonic stage.
