1. The exercise started on the 1st of March, 2026.
2. The exercise will end on the 31st of March, 2026.
3. It is open to *ALL MEMBERS.*
4. Polling Station meetings *must* be held atleast once a week to register members.
5. It is the responsibilty of the Polling Station Chairman and the other executives to ensure that the weekly meetings are held without fail.
6. The Electoral Area Coordinators *must* ensure that the Polling Station Chairmen convene these meetings. It is their duty to provide *EFFECTIVE* supervision of all meetings in their Electoral Areas; providing support and guidance.
7. There must be *demonstrable evidence* that our members, supporters, and sympathisers in the communities where the Polling Stations are located are adequately informed about this exercise and encouraged to participate.
8. Community radio stations, local “gong gong” announcers, community information centres and other methods can be used to inform the public about this exercise.
9. *All registrations MUST be done at the Polling Station meetings.*
10. Any registration conducted by individuals at any location rather than at the Polling Station Meeting is *INVALID* .
11. Members are encouraged to report any such unapproved registration to the leadership of the Party.
12. The exercise ends at Midnight on the 31st of March, 2026.
14. From the 1st of April to the 14th of April, 2026, verification exercises will be conducted across the country. It is a process of confirming, proving, or checking the identities, accuracy or validity of the names collected during the registration to ensure they are authentic.
15. All registered members names are then keyed into the *NPP MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.*
17. These critical exercises are to be done by a five or six member teams drawn from the Constitutency Secretariats and supervised by the Constituency Executive Committees.
They are as follows:
i. Constituency Secretary.
ii. Constituency Asst Sec.
iii. Constituency Organiser.
Iv. Constituency E&R Officer.
v. Constituency IT Officer.
vi. MP’s Representative.
18. A Polling Station electoral roll (Album) will then be generated with the names of all members who have registered during the registration excercise. This will be used to conduct all Polling Station elections.
19. When a person completes the registration process successfully, you have become a *registered member* of the Party.
20. By registerstion as a Member, you are eligible to contest for any position at the Polling Station. You are also eligible to vote in all Polling Station elections.
