This morning, l submitted a formal petition to the National Council through the National Chairman in relation to the inserted new provision in the constitution of the NPP without any legal basis.

I respectfully requested the National Council to:

1. Investigate how Article 10(7)6 got inserted in the 2025 NPP constitution without recourse to Article 19 of the NPP Constitution.

2. Expunge  Article 10(7)6 from the constitution at once.

3. Invoke article 4(7)2 to punish without mercy anyone found to be behind this fraudulent conduct.
