John Boadu is a seasoned Ghanaian political figure with deep roots in party organization, electoral strategy, and governance. With decades of service in the NPP and leadership roles in both politics and public sector oversight, he remains a key voice in Ghanaian political circles and a potential contender for National Chairmanship.

He is one of the longest-serving national officers in the history of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). He has held virtually every senior administrative and organizational position within the party, rising from grassroots roles to National Youth Treasurer, National Youth Organiser, Deputy National Communications Director, National Organiser, Acting General Secretary (2015), and substantive General Secretary.

He played significant strategic roles in the NPP’s electoral victories, notably in 2016 and 2020, helping devise and implement nationwide campaign operations.

He remain the best person to lead the party as National Chairman ahead of the 2028 elections.
