On Wednesday, 10th September 2025, His Majesty Wa Naa Fuseini Seidu Pelpuo IV, Overlord of the Wala State, on the occasion of the climax of 2025 Dumba Festival presented a citation to Dr. Hafiz Bin Salih. Dr. Hafiz Bin Salih, a distinguished public servant and proud son of the Upper West Region, has exemplified the essence of patriotism and statesmanship through his remarkable service. During his tenure as Regional Minister under the esteemed leadership of His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Dr. Bin Salih demonstrated unwavering dedication, diligence, and humility, effectively bridging the gap between government initiatives and the needs of the people.
