Alhaji Yahaya Fuseini  Agbaa, an NPP activist in Tamale who produced an audio falsely accusing Hon Salifu Sule, a former Mayor of Tamale of theft, has apologized unreservedly to the former Tamale Mayor for peddling falsehood and untruth about him. 

Alhaji Agbaa had claimed in the said audio now in the possession of the Voiceless media that he had empirical evidence in which the former mayor-  who was also the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for the Tamale Central constituency was spotted with a truck load of rice and sold it to an unnamed woman in Tamale. 

Alhaji Agbaa now says in a new audio recording that his initial claim was untrue and driven by pedestrian rumors. 

He admits that he overstepped his boundaries and miscommunicated and has, therefore, asked Hon Salifu Sule to forgive him for his excesses. 

When Voiceless Media reached out to Alhaji Agbaa, he admitted to the content of the audio but said it was produced 6 months ago and is now being recirculated by people he described as his enemies.

Hon Salifu Sule has yet to respond to this public apology from Alhaji Agbaa, but the Voiceless Media has learned  that at the time of the apology of Alhaji Yahaya Fudseini Agbaa, Hon Salifu Sule was about to file a defamation suit against him at the Tamale High Court.
