Former Minister of Defence and Member of Parliament for Bimbila, Hon Dominic Nitiwul has explained that he never said he offered a sensitive job to the Director of the NIB but instead  said 'We' (NPP) offered him sensitive jobs when the party was in government. 

Speaking with the Voiceless media  in an interview, the Bimbila MP wondered how  "We offered him a sensitive job"  could become "I offered him" sensitive job " 

He described the report of Joy News as mischievous and indicated that he has requested Joy News to correct the anomaly in their reportage in other not to court disaffection for him. 

Hon Nitiwul used the opportunity to call on the various security agencies to follow laid down procedures in their operations in order not to heighten tension in the country stating that peace was more important in the development of any nation.
