The National Chairman’s office is not a classroom. It is not a place for on-the-job training.

John Boadu has served as Youth Organizer, National Organizer, and General Secretary. He understands the responsibilities, challenges, and expectations of these offices because he has led them before.

When critical decisions are placed before him, he will not be relying on theory. He will be relying on experience.

Experience cannot be borrowed. Institutional memory cannot be taught overnight.

The NPP needs a chairman who understands the party from the grassroots to the national level.
