Lawyer Ibn is a professional teacher with Three-Year Post Secondary Education, (Cert. A) and a graduate of the University of Cape Coast with B.A (Economics and Sociology), LLB and LLM (Tax Law, Policy And Practice) from the University of Ghana, Legon. 

He was called to the Ghana Bar in October 2009, after which he worked briefly with Kulendi @ Law and Dassah &Associates and subsequently employed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Ghana as a lawyer in October 2013.

Whilst with the SEC, he studied Basic Securities, Advanced Securities and Securities Trading at the Ghana Stock Exchange and was instrumental in the setting up of Ghana Investment And Securities

 Institute Limited (G.I.S.I) where he was the Board Secretary in addition to his duties in SEC. 

He left the SEC in May 2021 to set up AMIN LAW PRUC, a private law firm, where he is currently the Managing Counsel.
